Court Case Homework ???

So hopefully I chose the right forum for this, not in the sense that I didnt know where to put it but because I need some answers rather quickly.

So Ive been asked by my sister to help her with a little assignment that she has to do in one of her classes and I really dont know where to start. Its a about a trial of an individual and there are some questions that need to be answered about the case.

If anyone could help me, that would be great.

And some of the questions are:

- How many SCC justices heard the case and name them ?

- Was the case a majority or unanimous decision ?
- And if it was a majority which justices held that opinion ?

- Is this case based on charter challenge ?
- And if it is what section of the charter is being challenged ?

- What was the final decision of the SCC ?

Now I know there is no one on crackberry that would sit and read everything in this case but I do know that the answers to the questions are there you just need to know where to look so if anyone has any experience with this sort of stuff, I would appriciate if you could help me.

It's not that hard to read dude...I just skimmed some of it and it seems those answers are pretty easy to find.
