Yet another email quesiton

Is it possible to setup the free blackberry email I.E. vzw.blackberry.net into outlook? So I could also manage the account and it's content via outlook as well as the BB.

If this is do-able what settings for the email account are used on the outlook side?

I think the vzw.blackberry email is phone only, and not even internet accessible
