Is there a way to break my storm and change it ?

Hello.

I have a Storm for over a year now and it has some nasty scratch ( touched the elevator and .... it up ) and i want to change my phone for a new one ( via the warranty ).

So im asking straight. Is there a way to break my storm without them noticing that ? ( unfixable.. ).

So they can give me a new phone ?

Well its not really a froud The phone wont work after that..

I know the question is not really gentle but im pissed of that scratch and i love my BB so much i want a new one.. shiny one.
