Telus Replacement Policy???

Does anyone know if Telus will bend at all for replacing a blackberry storm.

Basicly i have sent it out and gotten maybe 4 or 5 different refurbs and all of them seem to have a pretty significant problem. (right now its my backlight flickering)...

I was wondering if anyone knew how to 1) get around the 150$ deposit? or 2) get them to replace it with a phone that was released atleast in the last 3-4 years while im waiting to get mine back...

Last time they gave me some beater blackberry that was so slow that i never used most of my third party aps....

Anyways.. Let me know peeps!!
