Stupid Storm questions

Every now and then I'll accidentally hit the manage connections button on the top right of my main menu and turn off all connections by accident. Is there a way to lock the option to go to manage connections. Other than actually pushing the lock button which locks up the whole screen.

rearrange your icons to put the calculator there, that way when you hit that spot it won't do anything you'll regret.

or put memo pad there, then go check it later and see what sort of crazed memo's you accidentally wrote.

I'm not talking about the icons. On the top right of the screen, where it shows the signal strength. I click that by accident and it opens up the manage connection screen.
