Strange ICON on my 9530

Early yesterday a little icon appeared just below the the word Tuesday on my screen. It is a black dot, white outer ring, with an arrow pointing from the approx 2 o'clock position to the center. The is a small red dot at the approx 2 o'clock position. Anyone know what it is
