Storm password login question

Guys and Gals:

I have a 9530 and am trying to login with my password and my keyboard is dead. When I get my password, i get a small icon in the upper right that looks like a little rectangle with a down arrow above it with another little down arrow next to it on the right hand side? Any clues? Is my keyboard locked out or have a fried my 3rd storm this year.......Thanks

I get the box with the down arrows in it also...but my virtual keyboard pops up and works....
