First things first - jgl360, why did you post your problem in the Storm Owner's Lounge vs the main page (BlackBerry Storm 9530/9500)? I'm not trying to up my post counts, but if you take notice, you are still at 0 posts because (I'm guessing) posting in anything other than the main forum pages doesn't count. And if I remember correctly, the sub-forums and a few others (like the Marketplace) are considered social forums. My point being that if you had originally posted in the main 9530 forum, a lot more members would have seen this. I only found it by chance.
Anyway, as ChuckH0308 said, I think you are looking for what is called "OEM BLACKBERRY STORM 9500 9530 TOP BUTTON FLEX CABLE" which is the "BLACKBERRY STORM 9500 MUTE+LOCK KEY MEMBRANE FLEX CABLE." I'm just quoting the info on eBay. To find these, use the description and search eBay. They run $11 - $15 and all are from Hong Kong, usually 2+ weeks to get to you.
If you have already removed your top cover, you will also see the antenna ribbon. The problem I've found with the 9530 is that they put the double-side tape on both sides of the ribbon cables and unless you remove them very carefully, they will tear. The cables need to remain glued to the bezel and carefully removed from the top cover as you take it off - easier said than done, but I guess you already know this. If you decide to go this route, have some of the tape available as I don't know if it comes with the flex cable. ChuckH0308 - did tape come with the cable? If not, they sell it here:

There is an alternative - look here:
BLACKBERRY STORM 9500 9530 FACEPLATE BEZEL FRONT COVER - eBay (item 170449213463 end time Mar-22-10 16:25:04 PDT) After going through what you did, I found this. He's in Canada and the shipping isn't the quickest either, but faster than Hong Kong. This item is complete with the top cover already attached (w/ ribbon cables underneath) and the bottom keys. The only thing missing is the bottom cover. I've never changed a Storm1 complete housing but I'm guessing that it doesn't come with the ribbon cables attached. This one does and makes the job a whole lot easier.
If I may ask, why were you trying to remove the top cover in the first place? The Storm1 can be completely disassembled without doing so.
DrewCSchultz - I agree, I had a hard time trying to figure out what the problem was too. Punctuation and clarity can go a long way. But cut this guy some slack, he's a noob and needed help.
Hope this helped. Good luck!
