Sending text to multiple people

I want to send a text to multiple people in my contacts, i don't want to create a group manually as i have over 300 people in my contacts and it would take forever to do 1 by 1, does anyone know of a program that will help me to either send the text or create a group from my laptop?

i think you are limited to only 10 contacts per text unless you use groups unless that has changed on the latest OS 5 releases

I was wanting to create the group via laptop or something though rather than 1 by 1, then i could just send the text to the group. if that makes sense lol

Its definitely ten contacts at a time. Just hit options and select choose contact. You can do this for the first 10 contacts and then repeat the process until you have everyone covered.

I am not sure if you can create the groups with Outlook and then import them in. Not sure though

What's the difference in creating the groups on the phone or on the computer? It really doesn't take much time to add a contact into a group. And I too have over 300 contacts.
