Question - Screen not right after battery pull

Was curious running os 5 and noticed just recently when I do a battery pull (manually or using quick pull) when the BB boots up either the theme is white along top or botom or the keyboard is present and you can not get rid of it. i noticed when it is the keyboard visable it is not a functional verison and you can press right thought it to an app.

Anybody else having this problem?

i did verify that my theme was compatable with os 5 and even went back to the orginal one that came with Verizon 9530.
