I use Funambol. It's free, so sometimes the servers are down but other than that I use it to sync my calendar, notes, tasks, contacts. You install the Funambol Outlook client and then Funambol client on your device, then set the Outlook client and the device client up.

Their site is weird to get through but you want the Funambol Portal. That's the spot where you can make an account and download the Outlook and device clients. Good luck, you can PM me if you want some help as well!

Soocial works too. The BB client is in Alpha, but works pretty well.

Ill have to take a look at this tomorrow at work. I really like Funambol but I get network errors frequently, and I always like to try something new!

I wonder if someone can help

I cant us DM to sync my contacts because every since i went to DM 6 it fails at contact number 149 no matter what i try.

I am getting an odd situation tho whereby if i change a number in my BB contacts list [someone has a new phone number] then that number is changed back to the old one within a matter of minutes.

I can only work out that this is because the Outlook on my home pc has the old number and somehow i am getting an OTA sync.

How can i suggest this,

well i changed 2 contacts in my phone about 72 times in the last 3 weeks and it always went back to the old one. I then changed the number in Outlook on my pc and hey presto i have the new number staying put on my BB.

I have checked the BB internet service and no OTA sync is chosen
I use google sync and that is not checked for contacts to sync but it does say another client is making entries but it wont sync them. What other sync client could i have, cos i dont know about it.

any help would be appreciated
