Default New bbm problem
ok so i upgraded to the latest bbm and it was working fine but now its showing me that i have 2 unread bbm messages and i dont... i looked all over my storm for missing messages or unread but i cannot seem to find them and its really quite annoying... because the message light keeps blinking....ugh... someone help me...please... i tried rebooting my phone and it still keeps it on there....

go to the message folder then click on the date December 25 2009 press menu mark prior open or read, see if that helps

Even after rebooting it the light keeps blinking? what about BBM groups?

Probably pending invites. Check you BBM list for invites.

I am having the same problem as yollie. I have tried everything. I can't get rid of the unread message icon either. I have pulled the battery out, marked all prior messages as read. Nothing works. What else can I do?

reinstalled BBM again should work

I had the same problem yesterday. I had to delete bbm (don't forget to backup contacts) and reinstall and it worked. Mine said I had 3 bbm msgs and I had none. However now I'm not getting recent updates from my contacts. That's another issue.
