Default Need expert's HELP

My 9530 suddenly can't power up.
The LED (Red color) on top right hand side just keep on blinking 1+4 times continuously.
It seems that the hardware wants to tell me something about the error it encountered.
What does it mean and ...
How can I fix this problem?
