Some people might argue the games available for BlackBerry are kid's games. BB is not a gaming device, and hardly any kids ever buy them, so I think you're going to be looking for a while.
Movies, much simpler. Get DVDs your kids like and transcode them to play on your BB with available freeware video converters.
