ISSUES with storm 9530 while encrypting...

i have started using my blackberry storm 9539 with work. as i work for a private security firm. i had a company phone. but since i hate carrying 2 phones. i started using my own blackberry, using my emails and sensitive files. i raised my encryption on my blackberry from weak to strong, since then my blackberry has started locking and unlocking itself, yes password is set. plus i cant delete my text messages. they remain there, something all texts and emails become one huge message, caller ID goes down, i called RIM and my provider BELL they replaced my phone awhile ago. and yet the problem continues, any tips or solution you guys give me. it will be much appreciated .

I use a verizon wireless blackberry 9530 (unlocked), i have a problem about checking my balance with the gsm code, when i dial this code it goes like i'm making a regular call and not a command (for example my gsm network account balance code is *232# once i dial this code all i hear is a voice response saying i cant make this call ), this is limiting the useage of my phone, would appreciate anyone helping out of this mess
