Ugh....I hate this process...

I told them about the m3u issues and my screen randomly glitching out.

I mean...I could deal with it but why should I? I don't like being forced to use pandora for music when m3u worked just fine before OS5.

If this phone does the same thing I already told the guy I do not want another blackberry. This process and crap build quality has turned me away from RIM. Also the tech admitted that RIM is basically just dropping storm 1 in favor of storm2.

He was a cool dude.

I multi frud to a s2 since I was on storm #8! I just wish I could have gone to droid rather then the s2.

I was told by the local Corp store that they changed multi Fru rules. Because I have gone through more than 3 storms in 3 months and demanded to switch and they said " they don't do that anymore".....I know vzw reps are mostly idiots, but I just thought I'd share the info

incorrect, they just told you that to get you to leave lol!

but if you're within the 30 days of your fru exchange to a different device, and it's a new device, that caused your upgrade date to change then you can exchange it as a 30 day WFG.
