i am ditching the storm and going droid baby!
Just kidding. The good folks at Verizon are upgrading me to a brand new storm two due to random reboots that are ocuring with my current storm 1. All for free and will not prolong my current contract. It may not be a huge leap forward since both phones are so close in design and function but I am very happy and thankful. They offered the droid but I don like the phone. The droid OS is fine by me and very nice but the phone is not there yet for me. Don't give up. I am proof positive that good things can happen to you too! See you all on the flip side! Or at least I will in about a week when I get my new phone.

Actually the s2 is a pretty nice upgrade. The wifi and extra memory really help but the improved screen click is the homerun in my opinion!

You don't have to lie to qualify brother! They're gonna upgrade your S1 to a droid or a S2 when there are more than enough storms to give you! SURE! Nice story........ Kinda lost me at the end though. Good luck buddy!

No my good sir! Good luck to you! Obviously not enough good things happen to you or those around you for you to believe in miracles but what I say is true my unbelievers !

I'm well enough off without "miracles" thank you though. I live in the real world where I make my own way, and don't fib about being in the grace of a higher power. By the way getting a phone is not a miracle, especially when your buying it. Lol buddy. Good luck again!

Its when an app doesn't give your memory back when its finished or closed. The result is your memory drains or "leaks". There are many threads about this on CB. Do a search and you will find help with it. Good luck!

Unless you're on BES, can't go wrong with Android. Especially the new ones coming around march or april.

If the S2 doesn't work out I will but I am excited about the google phones coming out this year and what they will look like. There's so much going on right now for google it makes me wet. I am excited to see what rim will do with all the competition. With webkits and flash and widgets and open Gl being the buzzwords in both camps it is going to be a stellar year. I love BlackBerry but they have one year to catch up for me. By then the google phones will be handheld laptops and I won't be able to say no.

A year? Good lord I could barely stand the month I waited after I was eligible to upgrade.
