How do you have an unlocked Storm repaired if no longer with Verizon?

I have a 9530 that is unlocked and on the AT&T network, but the touchscreen is going out again. This is the third Storm that I have had within the last year. Does anyone know how I should approach the warranty with RIM or Verizon? I would appreciate any help.
