Default help me!

Got a new Storm from the insurance company today, and I am having trouble getting things going. I can't find the internet. There's no icon, anywhere. And I can't find the spot in options to check for wireless upgrades. I know I need to download the new operating system, but I can't figure all of this other stuff out. my first storm was all programed and everything when I got it. I am grateful for anyone who can help me. Thank you.
