Email delays on Storm

I am not sure if this has been posted before and if so I apologize. I have a Storm which I receive my emails from my msn account and business windows mail account. Both accounts show up on my desktop 2-5hrs sooner than on my BB.....What am I doing WRONG! or is this the way life is.

I recently have the same problem except my emails usually only show up about an hour later on my bb device than on my computer, I too would be interested to knowing if something was set up wrong when putting the accounts on the phone. Many of my friends have bberrys and they get their emails instantly.
