Do Not Reply from BB
Storm. Yesterday I received an email or msg from BB.com. in the msg it says that my regular/primary emails are not being delivered to my bb device. "To resume receiving email msgs from this email address, update the password for "my email address.net" in the BB internet Service" And then it goes on to tell me how to do this. Since this email i am not receiving any messages on my BB from my primary acct. However, when I go into my computer and use my usual Outlook they are there. Follow so far? It goes on to say how I should update the password and everything will be wonderful again. I have tried to do this both on my bb device and also on my computer following their instructions and it will not take my password. THIS IS MY PASSWORD. I went to the Verizon store today and they tried and were unable to. The instructions go on to say that I should edit the password when I get to my account. There is no place or button to edit. Please help.
