Device Error 354
I got my storm 9530 in june of last year and it has been an awesum device. Just recently I started having a problem with it restarting randomly. I went to my local verizon store and they promptly ordered me a replacement and it has been a nightmare eversince. I get the replacement in a very timely manner and proceed to hook it up to my laptop to put all my contacts on it from the D.M. and a white screen came up real fast and it re booted not giving me chance to transfer the contacts. After my third replacement and approximately 4 hours on the phone with verizon tech services and RIM tier one and two techies they could not figure it out. i got a total of 5 replacements between me and my wife and they finally are giving me a storm 2 as a replacment. Is there ayone else having these issues or am i just the unlucky one???
