Cannot SMS

Hello,

I have a Storm 9530 running on BES connecting to Exchange 2007.

I can not send nor receive SMS. The option is there and everything seems to be ok. If I send a SMS it tells me it's sent but doesn't arrive. Other Blackberries on the BES can SMS. Telus has indicated my phone should be able to SMS.

Is there any setting I should be looking for that would stop me from sending/receiving SMS?
