blank white screen app error 205

Hi there, if anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Have the **** white screen with error 205. Found crackberry and watched "restore nuked blackberry 101. Followed the steps and get through communication port selection, Application load selection, completing the application loading wizard, then at the next step, updating your device it completes
*load JVM and system software. After this it gives me "Device communications error encountered. [A:0x00000025]" and thats the end of the road. Please try and help. rgds

Have you tried to wipe the phone before loading the OS? If not, you might try that. You may also want to try redownloading the OS and installing again on you computer. You may have a bad download or install. Be sure to properly delete the current OS before reloading it to the computer.

Thanks, did not wipe os first. Did download os twice after first one did not work. Same result. Will try wiping and then reload.
