Baught a Used Blackberry 9500 use for Vodafone India

Hi,
I'm a new user of Blackberry (previosly using Windows phone) 9500 second hand, from one of my relative, and facing several probs, they are jotted below :
1. As I'm in india, we have a blackberry vodafone service, where I can get Vodafone live, but I cannot set up my email accounts, I go to menu>setup>setup wizard>email setup> where I found only a single option: "I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server"... How to set up my personal email & official email Account in this device ?

2. As the set is a second hand, I want to set it up, as its a new one and want to start fresh. How come ?

3. And how to register a used Phone, my PIN no. is 20DBF58D ? Its still shows not register.. I had done already option>advaced option> Host routing table>Register now.. the device is showing massege sent, but still not registered .. How to register my device..
4. Want to free some space in application memory ( its only had 33.6M), How to do that ?
