Application for Driving and SMS/E-mail

Okay, So I have DriveSafe.ly on my phone right now, and it does ok. However I am looking for an app that will not only read my e-mails and SMS to me, but I also want to be able to speak to it, and have it type in what I say on SMS and E-mail so I don't have to pull over to respond. Does anyone know of anything that can do that. Voice on the Go does, but it is not really worth it because in order for it to work you have to stay dialed to that number.

Try "Tell Me" it is an awesome free app.

It will send your SMS & Emails handsfree via speech to text. Then you can listen to the response via "DriveSafe.Ly".
