Wth Is this error? I cannot text..

So Recently i have been getting this error with my storm. I didn't think it was anything big, until i rebooted my phone and i got the same error.

"Uncaught Exception: 39 >= 39"

I need some advice on maybe how to fix this? Or on how to completely reformat my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

yeah you need to reload the software aka the OS on your phone. There is a thread in the forum on how to do it. Sorry I can't find the link right now.
