is there a chance that if .148 is in fact .203, they made enhancements to it???

148 is 148 is 148, there is no changes in the coding.

Man, I was hoping for version .203 not .148. I downloaded .148 and it killed my battery and had a horrible leak. Can't see how this one is going to pass. SUCKS!!

If I understand your question correctly, if Verizon releases .148 it's the same .148 that you can DL here...

About the same chance we got, having Jessica Biel show up on our door step - wearing a Storm 3, in perfect order.

    And nothing else.

Might be the case but that SUCKS!! But I've read many having memory issues on .148 as well. .132 was the most stable on my device. I have a ton of dust under the screen too. Might be time to get a new one. I hate the thought of getting a refurb!

I haven't had any problems with it and I'm running a slew of 3rd party stuff. I have MeterBerry and I run between 30 and 40 megs free all the time with very few battery pulls.

I hope this get approved! But it looks like some us are going to have to wait almost 2 weeks after May 31 before we get the update. That stinks, but I'll be happy with an official upgrade no matter what.

Other than a busted GPS, .148 has been running solid for me.

What happened to your GPS JStorm? Are you sure it's not hardware? Mine's been fine.

Might be the phone itself. Freakin crazy how it effects one phone one way and another phone another way. Same apps on .132 that I had on .148 with the leaks. Pisses me off!!

Roger that. I get 2-3 days on my battery even TRYING to drain it (heavy net surfing and GPS use) and I don't do battery pulls anymore unless I'm uninstalling something. .148 is a GREAT OS on my phone.

It won't link up. I've looked at the configurations and seems fine. However, when I use Weatherbug, GoogleMaps, Where - or any other applications that uses a location/GPS - the applications state that there is no GPS.

If yours is fine - thought?

That is crazy. I've tried to figure a common denominator regarding stuff like that without success since Nov 08

Alright, you guys are making me want to give .148 another try before I take it back. Keep in mind this is the same phone I got the morning of release in Nov. Any of you using one that old??

Maybe the apps are giving you the trouble. I take it that you tried each one on .148?

And yeah, the inconsistency is weird.
