Verizon BB Storm 9530 Destabilizes

I still use Verizon's 328, how do I get this OS to stabilize so I don't have to pull the battery so often? I use my phone a lot and I surf a lot but I noticed it doesn't like to play video's much either. I watch golf video's as I learn golf techniques on my phone. This allows me to take the golf pro with me. But sometime's this thing will play an MP4 and other times it won't. Whats up with that?? Thanks all.

Well about the videos well its a storm 1 so its kinda 50/50 there.
You should get shrink a Os and get rid of any unwanted apps and stuff so as free some space.Also I would recomend with getting a hybrid they are usually real good on meory and snappier.Try closing out all apps youre not currently using and clear your event log too.
Other than this I'm not sure what else you should do....maybe if you wipe your phone and do a clean install it'll help try that too.

to view the event log on the screen type "/" /"/
then clear the event log.(you might have to do it horizontal view if portrait doesnt work.
