Verizon 9530 BIS problem

Hi all,

Im from philippines. my wife sent me a 9530 storm from verizon and I was able to unlocked and use to globe provider.

i've registered to blackberry service and activated but i can't make it work. I already called carrier hotline and they conduct some troubleshooting procedures but still doesn't work.

when i tried to register host routing table, i received and error message "Registration message queued. It will be sent once data coverage is available"

Anyone knows how to fix this? is there anyone from philippines using this BB from verizon and was able to make BIS working?
