Urgent Help please for 9500

Hi, I am in a very bad position. I wanted the upgrade my BB 9500 os from .484 to new released .1005. I have not a BIS for this I used BBsack. May be I made a foolish mistake. I download the OS file to my computer and load it. And then I wiped my phone(9500) with bbsack. When I want to load new OS from Load New OS button in bbsack. It gave "there is no OS on your computer" My phone crashed and I can not use it now. Urgent help please

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files
and see if the .1005 file is there.

yes, There is file in that path. What must I do.

Have you tried using the loader.exe file in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

Thanks "wwwdotanthony" it did not work under winxp but I saw his thread in the forum (how-do-i-recover-dead-blackberry)and I can load new os under Dos command box. It was a very scary sitution for me. Besides I think bbsack isn't a reliable program, still it isn't identify the new os.
