Default Updated to .132 have question about removing apps

I recently installed .132 no problem and think it runs great. I did forget to use crackmem first to remove flickr, aim, yahoo, msn, facebook, icq.

I was able to use bbfilescout to get rid of the oem wallpapers and sample video, so im good there.

can i use crackutil to remove those from the phone? if so what files will I need to get rid of? and after I remove the files will the icons still show on the phone? like a bad link to the removed files?

    Thanks!

You can try one of two things:

    Either:

    1) Connect your phone to the PC
    2) Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and Double Click Loader.exe
    3) Click Next twice
    4) Uncheck anything you don't want then click Next

You can also do this with DM using Application Loader, then Add/Remove Applications

Or you can go to your phone, then go to Options, Advanced Options, Applications, then highlight what you don't want, press BB button and select Delete

The Last one is probably the easiest.

If the icons still show after they have been deleted. You can highlight the icon, then press BB button, choose to hide the icon.

    Hope this all makes sense.
