Unable to update to .151

Hey all, I recently decided to go from .148 to .151 because the .148 has terrible cell service. i d/l'ed and installed .151 made sure my vendor .xml was gone and my desktop manager auto update wasn't installed. For some reason my desktop manager doesn't see .151 but when I boot it up it sometimes says update then leads me to a screen that says no updates available any ideas?

Try app loader program files>common files > research in motion > apploader > loader.exe

Make sure 151 is what's in the shared folder too

And make sure 151 is the only OS installed on your PC
