    Default Is there any method to get at the factory loaded ring tones?

    Does anyone know if it's possible to extract .mp3 (or whatever the sound format is) of a BB pre-loaded ring tone?

    I want to get it out of the phone for the purposes of doctoring it to repeat so that I can get away from the single vibrate-ring feature of this goofy devices.

    The only thing you can do is record the sound with a second device. Other than that your choices are to remove them but that doesn't accomplish much.
