Structural Defect in Storm

Hi, I have been a storm user since 3 years, I want to share a problem in my phone and a problem that completely make me disliker of BB phones, still I am using and appreciating some features of this phone. Phone connection to operator always seem ok and connected (3g or 2g) but sometimes I have started to hear some demonstrations from my contacts that why I am closing my phone, after many hearings I controlled the connection and yes,, still the connection seem ok phone not connected the any operator. After I renewed my connection, operator's missed calls notices started flow. Last 2 years I changed 3 OS but the problem is same, besides it is very annoying and sneaky thing and even in emergency situations it may have a deadly effect. My friend has the same phone and had the same problem and take another brand phone. When I asked this BB service, They have nothing to do and saw many phones like this and because of after warranty period, they can not change the phone. I don't know this a specific problem for my country or model. I am open to any comments
