Default Storm completely unresponsive won't turn on

Yesterday i dropped my storm and it shut off completely, no cracks on the screen nothing. I did a battery pull repeatedly and charged it over night, at first the red light would blink whenever i hit the power button and now its completely unresponsive, no red light at all. Will not even show its charging, my computer will not detect it. How can i fix this?! Help!! Thank you

Sounds like you may have knocked something inside loose OR its the contacts, take a pencil eraser and see if they move when you try to press in, but I bet its more likely the first... I would take it in ( if its less than a year old) if not, and you have insurance, call asurion...

If there are no signs of malicious treatment, Verizon will be pretty good about it. If it's under 12 months, they will send you a free manufacturer's warranty phone. I just got a warranty phone and it works great. Asurion is up to $90 now for BBs so if you're coming up on a year hurry up

You can also try to get the phone detected using something like BBSAK, sometimes it works better than the desktop manager is cases like this. You can do a backup from there wipe the device and try a reload.
