 Storm 9530 could not start camera.
Okay so I got this phone from my sister. Everything works fine but I get the error message "Could not start camera application, close other applications and try opening the camera again."
I've searched everything on these forums, and I'm new to having a blackberry.
I have a Storm 9530, Took the little screen off to press down on the camera, did a dozen battery pulls, and I have no idea how to back up my phone or downgrade/upgrade my OS.
Please help!
