Re-install OS without Wipe
I wiped my phone before installing .148 just to get a clean install and to see if I would gain any memory. I don't know why, but my phone didn't like this install. I want to re-install the OS, but is there any way to do that without wiping first? I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, I searched for 15 minutes to find an answer but I couldn't.
Current:
Motorola Droid (A855)
OS: Android 2.1 -> 2.2
Previous:
BlackBerry Storm 9530 (my first BB) - FINALLY RETIRED
OS: 4.7.0.65 -> .75 -> .103 -> .132 -> .148 -> .151 -> .167 -> 5.0.0.328 - 06-03-2009, 01:15 PM #2
You can downgrade to any OS and then re install .148. Hope that helps.

Any time that you upgrade your phone with the DM it does the wipe for you right after it backs everything up for you.
