Problems with the screen of the Storm 9500

I have problems with the screen of my telephone Storm 9500, it has remained in the dark and it is not possible to manipulate. I have checked the indicator of dampness and this one correctly, the telephone has not got wet not fallen. Who can help me with this?

Vodafone. It sounds like a hardware problem.

Definitely sounds like a hardware problem. Take the phone in - they'll likely issue you a replacement. My best guess is that there is a contact issue between the screen and the phone. This isn't an easy repair and if you attempt to fix it yourself, you'll void the warranty. Back up your phone using the Desktop Manager and take it in.
