Default Plugging/unplugging a headset can crash the OS?

This happened to me several times. The system just crashes and reboots when I plug in a headset or when unplugging it. It displays something like "503 error" on the screen before reboot. I've only seen the screen after I did JL_cmdr wipe with no OS. It feels like the plug shorted a circuit. Anyone has the same experience?

The list of things that doesn't crash it is shorter. J/K. But mine ends up rebooting once or twice a day w/ no input from me.

I've had it happen. Plugging in a headset (especially while playback is happening) causes a restart/reload every time. I learned the hard way. DON'T DO IT...

hmmm ... come to think about it ... I've had this happen to me once ... had to use the phone on the freeway and couldn't find my bluetooth ... had the headphones in my arm rest ... plugged in, finished call, unplugged and shortly after ... quick error and red LED for reboot ... didnt think much because I had .90 at the time ... hmm ...
