Default Please Help Me!!! Email Setup/Browser Dissapeared

Ok, so yesterday I upgraded to the O.S. 5.0.0.38 whatever, and when I finished, my browser, media net, and email icon in the setup wizard were all gone. They show up under Options, and then Applications, but I cant find them anywhere...does anyone know how to get these back. Ive tried using BB Desktop Manager 20 times now, also I have gone to Options...Advanced Options...Host Routing Table...and Register Now, and I get the confirmation email...I am still getting emails but my browsers are gone (browser and media net) and under the setup wizard the email setup icon is gone. Please Help Me all you BB Storm Gurus!!!!!!!!!! Thank You very much....

Also, I get a message saying..."Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries, please the contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device..." But it worked just fine before the upgrade to 5.0.0.38, please help me...what does this message mean? How do I fix it?

-Adam

If you call customer service they can hook you up. Tell them that your browser and e-mail are gone. Fastest and easiest way. Say you just restored your device and they dissapered.

Are you using the 8310 (Curve) as it says in your sig?, If not try a battery pull, you may have some difficultys with the browser on AT&T, its a known issue
