I installed .90 last night and so far I like the OS. I have just had one HUGE problem. I had my battery nearly fully charged and turned it off at work. 8hrs later I came out and the phone was completely dead. I plugged it into the charger and got the battery charging sign and it's working fine now. Is this possible that an operating system could drain the battery this badly without any use? I turned the phone off using the red end button.

I love this update. Even with 3rd party apps running and 23mb of memory left, the OS is still snappy with little to no slowdown. This is what the storm should have launched with.

I bet version 4.7.1 is going to be the official release.

Update:

Bummer, it looks like tiltris doesn't play well with the new OS update. I got an error saying no free memory and my phone rebooted while playing it.

Ok, I know I am not considered an authority on here, but I am a real crackhead and have been for a long time. No question there are some great improvements in .90. The camera pic saving issue definitly exists. Still waiting to see on batt life and led issue. I did not do a wipe, just a direct upgrade from .86. WAY MORE responsive, and feels more reliable overall. BIG IMPROVEMENT.

One thing I would like to see added is a .com key to the keyboard on the web browser. Any takers?

Nice update- love it from .75 , having the same issue with the camera- will save if it is zoomed at all (1.1 or higher) but otherwise will not save the pictures.

Listening to music - no 3rd party aps, got a hard lock requiring a batt pull. Never had this issue before. Back around page 9-10 I recall someone else had this issue and someone else reported an issue playing protected content. Likely all related. But definately to add to the current bug list.

Someone said something like if you left your browser running a page, it would drain your battery...though if you turned your phone off I don't know how it would do that.

I agree that a '.com' button would be nice.

Ok, so the last freeze/auto reset the camera works 100% of the time in portrait but 0% of the time in landscape. I wait for it to focus, get the green box and then press and hold the button till its done but it will not save in landscape.

Odd.

Edit: After another battery pull now it workes in landscape 100% of the time and 0% in portrait!

WTF? Can't the bugs at least be consistent? lol : )
