Need Help PLEASE!! Bricked 9530 error 507

yesterday I was talking on my storm and all of a sudden it reboots with 507 error I looked all through crackberry youtube and a bunch of other fourms and no luck... tried the app loader deal but I'm still getting a unable to connect message is there anything i can do I've also tried BBsak and JL cmder with no luck on connecting???

The 507 error means that no OS is currently loaded on your phone. You just need help getting your computer to recognize the phone. You should find the answers in the above link.

OK This is what blows my mind!

My 9530 is working fine, however if I plug it into the usb it resets and flashes error 507. I tried the link above, however when I click next it says the app loader does not have any software for my device and tells me to contact my cellular provider.

But other than that the phone works great.

It currently has 5.0.0.328 is that the correct version?

AppLoader will not install an OS unless you have downloaded one and installed it on your computer. The 328 OS is pretty old at this point, but the correct OS for you, only you can determine.
