Need help with my BB email account

So I downloaded and instaled .132. since then I cant send emails with my BB email account. I then deleted that account and went to create it again one problem it didnt delete with rim so now I cant recreate my account with the same info, it tells me that my user name is already in use. I looked in my service books and it still has that email account there so I registered it and I got a message in my message folder saying my email account is registered. So it seems my vzw.blackberry.net email is still on my phone and I cant find the icon. help please

I have NEVER been able to get this site to work for me. I had them send me all of my information, but they say that I have to submit my information. So, when I go to submit said info, they tell me that I have already registered...
