need help with installing new os! please

Trying to install newer leaked os. ive deleted the vendor file, modified desktop manager to NOT check for updates, restarted my computer, deleted all other operating systems, and ive actually installed the same os 2 or 3 times because i cant find it anywhere. i tried the app loader as well as desktop manager and cant find my downloaded os anywhere. . .please help
