I recently had exchanged my phone with verizon for a new one due to screen clicking failure and the new phone now only plays music out of one speaker when attached to external speakers. It has OS .328 on it. Anyone have any remedies for this or know the cause. I really on my storm as my music player and am kinda lost without it. I'll take it back if no one has an solutions. Thanks

Is the cord plugged in all the way? Maybe there's something lodged in the headphone port that is keeping the plug from going in all the way? Very possible, especially if you got a refurb...

Plug headphones in. If those work, your problem is your cord or speakers in the other hookup scenario.
