Default Issues with backing up file
Everytime I try to backup my files I get an error msg: "An error occured while creating the on-board device memory backup file. Verify the device connection and try again."

Ive verified all of that, cleared all the cache files, and now not sure what to do before upgrading to the .748. Please help.

never mind forgot to turn on mass storage mode
