Default Issue with .86 - Crazy LED Lights

Yeah, I love .86, I think it's the best version that has been released thus far.

Only thing wrong with it (that I can find) is the LED Indicator light will just go Bananas. It does it at random times. I was driving down the road tonight, phone was just sitting there, and all the sudden she starts blinking. Lol, it's kind of funny and it doesn't bother me, I just wonder what causes it. It will blink, red, blue, and green. Kinda crazy looking.

Has this issue been reported with any of the 3rd party apps that I might be running?? (Listed in my sig) Also, I tried cutting the LED indicator off, and I also turned it off in other programs that use it as a means of notification. No luck...

I just got it too. Only after connecting my BT headset. Think that's the issue.

I have the same issue here. Led blinks randomly. Tonight it was blinking red blue green real fast. I kinda think it looks neat so no worries. A bat pull stops the issue.

I get it too at times, nothing but a restart corrects it.

I only get the colorful blinks after it shuts down from Auto On/Off. Each morning I just do battery pull and of course it's gone. Sure hope this gets resolved in the next OS release.

Hey guys- i did a quick search of the forum and found the following fix for the crazy light thing-

http://forums.crackberry.com/f132/wo...d-86-a-136041/

I have actually done this and it has fixed the blue tooth issue. I do have the charging red light issue also, (after charging the red light still blinks.) but i do a soft reset and im good to go. Thanks!

I turn off my phone every night to charge, I find I have to do a battery pull after I turn it back on in the morning to get the LED to stop blinking - how annoying is this?
