Default I have a problem and I'm trying to get it fixed

I have an "App error 523" that is coming up on my Storm. What could I do to get this fixed so I have a good backup phone???????????

This can be cause by a bad application or a corrupt OS. You may want to read through the attached link as it may give you some idea's.

I would suggest reloading the OS as the first option.

when it first boots up after installing the battery, it gives me a partial blue screen with the text -
uncaught exception: Index 7>=7

Ill check it out thanks. Did this happen to anyone else?????

Read the posts in the link I sent and you will see similar experiences. Most likely you need to reinstall the OS, but if you recently installed a new app you may want to look at deleting it to see if it corrects the problem.

I had this same exact problem a month ago. I took it to my local Verizon store and they reloaded the OS on my phone. Problem fixed. Probably was a corrupt OS.
