how to upload new .797 os for 9530

I don't remember how to install new os .797and what site should I use to download. Please help

Where to download? I get the sense that you haven't done any research on your own. Look at the first page of the big 797 thread, about two thirds down the page is a post from lyricidal with two download links. choose your favorite.

As for installation, many threads deal with installation in this forum and in the howto forum. have you looked at that?

Basically, you install the os file on your pc, then before you upgrade, you need to back up your data and your apps with Desktop Manager. Don't upgrade without doing that first. If you need help using desktop manager go to the howto forum, you'll find help there.

To start the upgrade, you run loader, which is in the directory (assuming you have a windows pc) c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

Loader will more or less proceed automatically. It will back up your phone data and your apps, then install the new os and put everything back. If it works normally you're set. (you'll need to reenter registration codes on software that requires one, so be sure you have them handy). If it doesn't, well that's why you made the backup beforehand.
